Annual Meeting 2016

NOTICE OF ANNUAL 2016 CHURCH MEETING:

The Annual Church Meeting will be held on Wednesday 27th April in Church at 7.30pm.  

Coffee and refreshments will be available from 7.15pm. The meeting will conclude with a short service of Evening Prayer.

All papers (Annual Report etc.) will be available for collection from the Church, or to download from the website, from Tuesday 19th April.

The procedure for the Annual Elections is displayed on a notice in the Church porch.

ELECTIONS:

Elections will take place for:
-  Up to two Church Wardens
-  P.C.C. Members (the number to be elected will be determined by the number who have enrolled on the Electoral Roll)

N.B.

Nomination slips for the above elections are available from the Church or from the P.C.C. Secretary, Phillipa Cook (TEL: 01525, 261521; e-mail: pjcook6@gmail.com) or can be downloaded as a PDF file by clicking on the following link:-  PCC Member

Completed nomination forms for all the above positions should be sent to Phillipa Cook by Monday 18th April. A list of all Nominations will be posted on the Notice Board in the Church porch by 19th April.


ELECTORAL ROLL:

Any parishioner wishing to be added to the Church Electoral Roll should register on the forms available from the Church Wardens or from Jeremy Hopkinson (the Electoral Roll Officer), or downloaded from the “Electoral Roll” section of the website.
