NOTICE OF ANNUAL 2010 CHURCH MEETING:
The Annual Church Meeting will be held on Thursday 22nd. April in Church at 7.30pm. Coffee will be available from 7.15pm. All papers (Annual Report etc.) will be available for collection from the Church, or to download from the website, from Thursday 15th. April.
The procedure for the Annual Elections is displayed on a notice in the Church porch.

Elections will take place for:
- Church Wardens
- P.C.C. Members (the number to be elected is 9, as per the prescribed formula for Electoral
Rolls of 51 to 100)

Completed nomination forms for all the above positions should be sent to Phillipa Cook by Monday 12th April. A list of all Nominations will be posted on the Notice Board in the Church porch by 15th. April.
ELECTORAL ROLL:
Any parishioner wishing to be added to the Church Electoral Roll should register on the forms available from the Church Wardens or from Jeremy Hopkinson (the Electoral Roll Officer), or downloaded from the “Electoral Roll” section of the website.
