ELECTORAL ROLL:
Under the Church Representation Rules a new Church Electoral Roll is prepared every six years before the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM). In a year of renewal, no names are carried over from the old roll and everyone must apply for inclusion on the new roll. In subsequent years, a revision of the Electoral Roll takes place beore each Church Annual Meeting, which is normally held between March and May.
The Electoral Roll was renewed in 2026 (next renewal 2031).
Each year a formal process is undertaken by the PCC, as preparation for the APCM, to ensure the accuracy of the roll. As 2026 is an electoral roll revision year, only additons and deletions are made to the existing list.
Any parishioner wishing to join the Church Electoral Roll should register on the forms available from the bookcase just inside the church or download a form via the link below, and return the completed form to Jeremy Hopkinson (the Electoral Roll Officer),:-
